Zen theory and meditation have been used by people for centuries to achieve relaxation and tranquility.

Zen theory is based upon the concept of mindfulness, which is being intensely aware of the present moment.Practitioners strive for a deep sense of calm in which they can observe their thoughts and emotions in real time with detachment and objectivity.
